Day 1 will focus on research and policy, where leading speakers will explore how IPS has been implemented across different European countries and how these approaches compare with those in the United States. Together, we will discuss the challenges countries face, share lessons learned and explore how we can strengthen IPS across Europe. Throughout the day, workshops led by European IPS professionals will provide plenty of opportunities for discussion, knowledge exchange and networking with colleagues from across the continent.
Day 2 will centre on practice. Topics will range from employer engagement and creating healthy workplaces to the essential competencies of IPS employment specialists and the implementation of IPS for different target groups.
Beyond the programme, the conference offers many opportunities to connect with fellow professionals during workshops, coffee and lunch breaks, and the networking dinner on the first evening.
