Drinks Reception & Dinner – practical information

The conference dinner offers a great opportunity to continue conversations in an informal setting with colleagues, partners and other professionals from the European IPS network. It is a valuable networking opportunity to exchange experiences, share ideas and make new connections. 

📍Location

Please note that the venue for the drinks reception and buffet dinner has changed. The event will now take place at Savor&Nosh (Westewagenstraat 66, Rotterdam), instead of Restaurant Bazar.

Savor & Nosh is approximately a 15-minute walk from the conference venue, making it easy to reach after the conference programme.

🥂 Drinks Reception & Optional Buffet Dinner

Join us from 17:30-18.30 for a complimentary drinks reception. Afterwards, an optional buffet dinner will be available (not included in the conference fee), offering a variety of hot and cold dishes, including meat, fish and vegetarian options.

🥗 Dietary requirements

If you have any dietary requirements or food allergies, please indicate these during the conference registration process.

💳 Cost & payment

Participation in the conference dinner is optional and at your own expense. The cost is €40 per person. During the conference registration, you can indicate whether you would like to attend the dinner. The dinner includes two drink tokens, which can be exchanged for a drink of your choice. Additional drink tokens can be purchased for €4 each.
